GIHN K LO extends the heavy rod-end concept across a 12–125 mm bore range. The housing uses a female thread, a locking slot with locking nuts, and a radial spherical plain bearing insert. It is intended for installations where the joint position must be adjusted and then held securely.

Large rod ends can dominate the surrounding bracket dimensions, so use the drawing early in the design. Confirm bore, thread, eye width, center distance and available locknut clearance together.
Lubrication access and locking security are the two recurring service checks. Grease the bearing through a clean fitting, then inspect the slot and nuts for movement.
