Stainless steel gearboxes are widely used in industrial transmission fields due to their high strength and corrosion resistance. However, in actual use, stainless steel gearboxes may still malfunction due to improper design, installation, lubrication or maintenance....

LMF / LMK / LMH Flanged Linear Bearings
LMF, LMK and LMH flanged linear bearings integrate the bearing and mounting flange in one assembly. Round, square and compact flange forms are documented across the 6–60 mm shaft range.
MOQ flexible. Minimum order value USD 1,500; mixed orders and trial quantities welcome.
A flanged linear bearing removes the need to machine a separate cylindrical bearing pocket and retaining arrangement. Instead, the flange locates the bearing against the carriage face and provides a direct bolt pattern, which can shorten the assembly and make bearing replacement easier.
The catalogue separates the flange geometry into LMF round flange, LMK square flange and LMH compact/hexagonal form. The outline documents a 6–60 mm bore range and lists flange dimensions, PCD, mounting-hole geometry, radial runout, clearance and basic load ratings as the key selection data.
Key Features
Technical Specifications
| Series | Flange Form | Bore Range | Primary Mounting Data | Bearing Data | Design Use |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| LMF...UU | Round flange | 6–60 mm family | D1, PCD, mounting holes, flange thickness | dr, D, L, C, Co, clearance | Radial/symmetric bolt pattern |
| LMK...UU | Square flange | 6–60 mm family | Square outline, PCD, hole pattern | dr, D, L, C, Co, clearance | Flat carriage faces |
| LMH...UU | Compact / hexagonal flange | 6–60 mm family | Compact flange envelope | dr, D, L, C, Co | Space-constrained mounting |
Catalogue note: The supplied catalogue table includes the complete mounting dimensions and load ratings. Confirm the hole pattern and flange envelope as well as the shaft bore before machining a carriage plate.
Typical Applications
Flanged bushings are useful on gantries, small machine slides, dispensing equipment, inspection axes and fixtures where the carriage face is accessible for bolts. The flange also makes field replacement more straightforward because axial retention is built into the component.
Round LMF bodies work well when rotational orientation of the flange is flexible. LMK gives obvious orientation on rectangular plates, while LMH can help when adjacent hardware leaves little edge clearance.
Selection Guide
After choosing shaft diameter, select the flange shape from the available mounting area. Then check PCD, hole diameter and flange thickness against the carriage plate. Finally verify the basic load rating and required radial clearance at the exact model.
Do not rely on the same bolt pattern across all brands or families. For replacement work, send the old flange outline and hole spacing or a drawing so the mounting interface can be checked before shipment.
Installation & Maintenance
Bolt the flange to a flat, clean face and tighten evenly. Distortion from an uneven plate can change internal clearance. The shaft should pass freely through the installed bearing without a forced bend.
Inspect mounting bolts and seals during planned maintenance. Fretting around the flange is a sign that the bearing is moving relative to the carriage or the mounting face is not sufficiently rigid.
