Bevel Gears
Bevel gears are helpful when the path of a shaft's rotation needs to be changed. They are china bevel gear generally mounted on shafts that are 
90 levels apart, but can be created to operate at other angles as properly.
The enamel on bevel gears can be straight, spiral or hypoid. Straight bevel equipment enamel actually have the exact same difficulty as straight spur equipment enamel — as each tooth engages, it impacts the corresponding tooth all at once.

Just like with spur gears, the remedy to this dilemma is to curve the gear tooth. These spiral teeth have interaction just like helical enamel: the get in touch with commences at a single finish of the equipment and progressively spreads across the whole tooth.
