Gearbox Materials
1. Housing: die-cast light weight aluminum alloy (Housing size: 025-090); cast iron (Casing size: 110-150)
2. Shaft: 20Cr, carbonize and quencher heat treatment make the hardness of gear tooth surface up to 56-62 HRC, retain carburization layer's thickness between 0.3-0.5mm after precise grinding
3. Worm Wheel: Wearable bronze alloy
Surface Painting
For Aluminum Alloy Casing:
1. Shot blasting and particular antiseptic treatment on the aluminium alloy surface
2. After phosphating, paint with blue or sliver.
For Cast Iron Housing:
Before paint with blue or sliver, need paint with red antirust pain first.
