POSB combines an inch-series male thread with a greasable bronze-lined rod-end eye. It is useful when the surrounding machine was designed around UNF hardware and changing to metric threads would create more work than the bearing replacement itself. The catalogue family spans POSB3 to POSB16.

Typical Applications
Selection Guide
Thread pitch must be verified, not guessed from outside diameter. Measure the bore and compare the full drawing dimensions, especially center height and shank length, because those values set the linkage's neutral position.
Installation & Maintenance
Relubricate on a schedule appropriate to contamination and movement rather than waiting for noise or looseness. Keep the grease nipple protected from impact.
