Gripper Chains

Our gripper chains are designed to work with a variety of clamp types, each tailored for different applications:

• Simple Frame Clamp (Type A): Opens vertically with slight lateral movement to follow the cam shape, allowing for easy engagement.
• Standard Frame Clamp (Type B): Provides both vertical movement and horizontal rotation, facilitating efficient film engagement and scrap release.
• Teeth Frame Clamp (Type C): Delivers enhanced clamping strength, particularly effective for thicker, tougher films.
• Clamp with Extra Plastic (Type D): Combines steel and plastic plates for superior wear resistance and long-lasting performance.
• Tip Clamp (Type E/F): The clamping force varies based on the material and the coil and diameter of the spring, offering flexibility for handling different materials.
• Button Clamp (Type G/H): Allows for symmetrical rotation, with the holding force influenced by the material being transported. This clamp does not swivel outward when opened.
• Horizontal Clamp (Type I): Features two 30N springs for even film clamping, improving film retention and ensuring smooth operation.
