Installation Guidelines:

• Install the gearbox on a flat and sturdy base using securely tightened mounting bolts to prevent vibration.
• Ensure accurate alignment between the gearbox's input and output shafts and the driving machine's shaft.
• The outer diameter tolerance of the gearbox's input and output shafts (h6) must match the appropriate tolerance of couplings, pulleys, and sprockets to avoid damaging bearings or affecting power transmission.
• Position gears and sprockets as close to the bearings as possible to reduce bending stress during installation.
• Apply grease to the inner hole and keyway of the worm shaft when assembling the WPD gearbox with a motor to prevent rust.
